The finance and property committee need someone to act as secretary. This role was previously carried out by Pam White, however since she moved it has not been filled.

The committee meets routinely three times a year with additional meetings held where necessary.

There may also be some correspondence to deal with between meetings.

If you think this is a role you could perform, please speak to Jeffrey Orange who will give you any further details you require.

Church Council As you all know Barbara has decided to stand down as Church Council secretary. This is an important appointment in our Church, if anybody is interested or would like further details regarding this position please speak to a steward.

All We Can Extraordinary gifts Christmas 2019.

The Christmas appeal raised £407.00 and helped purchase a variety of extraordinary gifts.

All We Can sent the following letter of thanks.

‘It is with great joy that we received Holmer Green Methodist Church’s donation to All We Can’s extraordinary Gift Appeal. The Extraordinary Gifts you have ordered will help change the lives of people across the world, helping them for years to come.

From helping families in Zimbabwe to establish a sustainable and secure future through new chicken-rearing businesses, to equipping children in Ethiopia with the wheelchair they need to be active, play with friends and go to school, churches like yours are transforming lives all over the world. We cannot thank you enough for your compassion’

2 posters are on the pin board in the entrance hall for you to see the different gifts that we purchased.

Many thanks to everyone involved for your donations and continued support for All We Can
